The Framework

The Integrated Self Method

Attachment is the door. Self-leadership is the room.

Where this usually starts

“Nothing really happened to me.”

I hear this constantly. Usually in the first ten minutes. Usually said like an apology.

Sometimes it's true that there was no single event to point to. Sometimes there was plenty — a divorce, a parent who travelled, someone who left, someone who stayed and was somehow never quite there. Either way you learned to file it under fine, because other people had it worse and because naming it felt disloyal.

But this is not only about what was done to you. Often it is about what never happened. The feeling that went unmet. The question nobody thought to ask. The house where big emotions were inconvenient, so you learned to have smaller ones.

A child in that house does not conclude that the adults were limited. A child concludes: it's me. And then she builds someone easier to love.

That someone is still running. It's why you read the room before you walk into it. It's why you are extraordinary in a crisis and lost on an ordinary Tuesday. It's why you can hold everyone else's feelings and go completely blank when someone asks about yours.

You did not come out of that broken. You came out adapted. And adaptation is something we can work with.

Start here

The problem with knowing

Insight is not the same as change. You can name the pattern precisely, trace it back to exactly where it started, and still find yourself doing it again on a Tuesday night.

That's because the part of you that understands and the part of you that's frightened are two different parts, and understanding has never once talked the frightened one down. It needs something else: to be met.

The three pillars

How the work is built

01

Parts Work

Meet the protectors running the patterns — the one who overthinks, the one who leaves first, the one who performs. In dialogue, instead of at war.

Every one of them took the job to keep you safe. None of them get fired. They get relieved.

02

Nervous System Regulation

Move from reactive to responsive. Insight lands in the body or it doesn't land at all — the body learns safety first, and the mind follows.

This is the part most people skip, and it's why the reading never quite worked.

03

Attachment Healing

Rewrite who you choose, and how you stay. Not by picking better from a list, but by changing what feels like home.

The pattern shifts when the part that was choosing gets what it was actually looking for.

The arc

Where this goes

Resistance

The thing you keep bumping into becomes the thing we work with, instead of the thing we push through.

Relationship

You stop managing the parts of yourself and start knowing them.

Regulation

The body learns it can come down. Reactions get a gap in front of them.

Self-Leadership

You lead from underneath the patterns instead of from inside them.

Creation

Energy that went into the loop goes into a life you're the author of.

Resistance becomes relationship. Regulation becomes leadership. You become the author.

How far you take it

Three layers

People arrive needing different things, and healing can happen at whatever layer you actually need. You do not have to excavate every wound you have ever had to get your life back.

01

Relief

Self-acceptance

You learn to spot the compensating parts and stop turning on yourself for having them. The problem does not vanish, and you may still do the thing — but your relationship to it changes. Oh. This is just what I do. Not resignation. Recognition.

The nervous system settles, and that alone is relief. Some people stop here. That is a finished piece of work, not a lesser one.

02

Repatterning

Choosing differently

All of the above — and you would like to stop doing it. Because avoiding the hard conversation is not only costing you the better lease or the boundary. It is standing between you and the thing you most want.

Love and money are usually where this surfaces, because they hold the most stability in a life and the most instability. So we meet the parts involved and what each one is trying to prevent. Get to the core fear and you find the core wound. People tend to leave this layer as far better communicators.

03

Meaning

The spiritual question

You know the conversations. You understand the childhood programming. And the core wound still will not move.

This is where a different question arrives — no longer why do I do this, but what do I believe life actually is. Some wounds ask a spiritual question, and here the higher Self cannot stay a beautiful two-dimensional idea. It has to become something you have actually met. This is where the most profound healing I have witnessed takes place.

None of these is better than the others. Some people come for relief. Some are ready to change the pattern. Some find the pattern was pointing at a much larger question all along.

The spiritual layer

Past personal development

There is a Self underneath the patterns that has never been damaged. Not repaired — never damaged. It has been there the whole time, waiting for the protectors to trust it enough to let it lead.

Meeting that is the actual destination. Everything else — the attachment work, the regulation, the parts — is how we get in the door.

For those who want to meet this from the spiritual side directly, Alexis also offers oracle and energy sessions.

What makes it different

The practitioner goes first

This work is done with you, not at you. I've met my own parts. I know what it costs to let the compartments collapse, because mine did.

That's not a credential you can study for, and it's the reason this moves faster than it should.
