You've read the books. You've been to therapy. You can explain your attachment style, your triggers, and your family system better than most professionals. And you are still having the same argument with yourself at 2am.
That isn't a knowledge problem. You already know. It's that the part of you that knows and the part of you that's terrified have never actually met each other.
I've been on every side of this work — the client, the student, and now the practitioner. My path here was not a straight line. There was an upheaval in the middle of it that took everything with it: the plan, the timeline, the version of myself I had been building toward. What was left had to become something.
For most of my life I kept everything in separate rooms. The student. The professional. The woman who kept choosing people who couldn't choose her back. And then the compartments finally collapsed into each other.
That collapse is the work. Not managing the parts of yourself more efficiently — letting them come into the same room and finding out who you are underneath all of them.
What I actually do
I'm trained in Internal Family Systems and parts work, attachment theory, nervous system regulation, and NLP. I hold certifications as a life coach and NLP Master Practitioner, I'm an ordained sacred healer, and I completed graduate-level counseling coursework in a CACREP-accredited program.
But the credential that matters most is that I have sat where you're sitting.
Most people come to me because of a relationship. That's the door. What we're actually doing is bigger — building a reliable way back to yourself. Less victim, more author.
You're not confused. You're conflicted.
Where this is going
The longer I do this work, the clearer it gets. There is a Self underneath the patterns that has never been damaged and has been waiting the whole time. Meeting that is the actual destination.
The attachment work is how we get in the door.
