This is for anyone who is ready to do the work underneath the pattern, not just talk about it. You and I meet one-to-one over three months. We go to the parts that keep choosing, find out what each one is protecting, and build the relationship with Self that lets you lead from there.

Your sessions are scheduled around your life, and you are never doing it alone between them.

What's included

• Twelve hours of live 1:1 coaching over three months, on Zoom.
• An intake that starts the work before we meet, so our first session begins where you actually are.
• Support in between. The thing you need to say rarely waits for the appointment.
• Your private client portal, described below.

Your private client portal

Every 1:1 client gets their own portal, by invitation only. It is one calm place that holds the whole container, so nothing lives scattered across email threads and screenshots. Only you and I can see what is in yours.

• Your agreement and payments in one place, with receipts and a clear record of where things stand.
• A private intake you can fill in at your own pace and save as you go.
• Your sessions. See your upcoming times, the hours you've used and the hours remaining, and a link into each session.
• Session summaries, and transcripts or recordings when I choose to share them, so you can revisit what came up.
• Your goals and action items, written in your own words from our conversations, and reviewed by me before you see them.
• A short check-in before each session, with a gentle reminder, so we use our time on what matters most this week.
• Messages with me between sessions.
• Guided meditations and modules I assign to you as the work calls for them.

Your information stays private. Your portal is yours alone, and your materials are never mixed with anyone else's.
